While working for agro-industial industries, I found the opportunity to convert waste to energy. And we successfully build 2 Mid-sized Biogas plant near Dhaka, Bangladesh for Paragon Group. It was in 2012. After that personally I am always engaged in all the activities linked with energy conversion, thinking on green, idea about building a green city without fossil fuel.
The idea is very simple:
All city of the world must not get any connection from National Grid Line and convert the waste to energy and build a Power House in each city. Fuel is from municipal solid waste which is mainly kitchen waste, food waste and other organic waste of the city.
There must be a legislation from all the government of the world:
Cities must produce the power from the waste of the city. There will be a time frame and after that all cities will be disconnected from National Grid Line. No grid connection from Grid Line. Each city will have a Power House, what we had long time before to supply electricity in the city. The difference is, that time that Power House was running by Diesel and now it will be waste.
It is my dream not for my country or your country. It is my dream for the whole world. We want our world fossil free, emission free and want to ensure healthy living for all people of the world.
Why is this important?
Fossil fuel will finish one day. But waste is unlimited and the reserve of the waste will increase day by day. If the city waste is managed to convert as energy, the city will be Fossil-free Green City. Green City means Healthy City.
